Information we collect at signup

When you start your free trial or build your business profile, we collect:

• Your name and email address
• Your business name, industry, and the area you serve
• Details you provide about your business — services, tone, offers, and calls to action — used to generate your daily post drafts
• The social channels you connect for publishing

We only ask for what we need to build your profile and generate relevant daily drafts. Anything you enter into the profile generator is used to create your business profile — nothing more.

How payment information is handled

All payments are processed securely by Stripe, a leading payment processor used by businesses worldwide. Daily Social Engine never sees or stores your full card number. Stripe handles that information directly under its own security standards, and we only receive what's needed to manage your subscription — like your plan, billing status, and a reference ID to your payment method.

How we use email communications

Your daily Approval Digest is the core of how Daily Social Engine works — it's how you review and approve your post drafts each morning. We also use email for:

• Account and billing notifications
• Product updates that affect how your account works
• Occasional tips to help you get more out of your daily drafts

We don't sell your email address, and we don't share it with advertisers. You can adjust your digest and notification preferences any time from your account settings.

Data security

We take reasonable, industry-standard steps to protect your information, including encrypted connections, secure storage, and limited internal access to your data. No online system is 100% immune to risk, but protecting your business information is a responsibility we take seriously, and we continually work to keep it secure.

Sharing your information

We share information only with the services that make Daily Social Engine work — for example, Stripe for billing and the tools we use for publishing your approved posts to your connected social media accounts. We don't sell your personal or business information to third parties.

Your choices

You can review, edit, or update your business profile at any time. You can also request a copy of your data by contacting us below.

Data Deletion Requests

You can ask us to delete your account and the data associated with it at any time. Just contact us at hello@dailysocialengine.com with your request, and we'll take care of it. There's no form or dashboard step involved — a direct email is all it takes, and we'll confirm with you once it's done.
