These are the terms that apply when you use Daily Social Engine. We've kept this in plain language wherever we could — no dense legal boilerplate, just what you're agreeing to and what you can expect from us.

What Daily Social Engine does

Daily Social Engine generates AI-assisted social media post drafts for your business based on the profile information you provide — your industry, brand tone, services, offers, and calls to action. Drafts are delivered to you for review, and nothing is published to your connected social media accounts without your explicit approval. Depending on your plan, you review and approve drafts yourself or our team handles adjustments for you — see our pricing page for how this works on each plan.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for the accuracy of the business information you provide — it's what your drafts are generated from. You must be authorized to act on behalf of the business you're setting up an account for, including authorized to connect its social media accounts for publishing.

Subscription and payment

Daily Social Engine is offered on a subscription basis across several plans and service levels, each with different monthly pricing and channel limits — current plans and pricing are always listed on our pricing page. New subscriptions include a 7-day free trial; a valid credit card is required to start one. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, your card is charged for your first month, and billing then runs monthly from the day your trial ended.

Subscriptions are month to month — there's no annual contract or lock-in. You can cancel any time from your account settings, and you won't be charged again after cancelling. We don't charge cancellation fees. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we don't store your full card number.

Acceptable use

You agree to use Daily Social Engine only for lawful purposes and in a way that doesn't infringe the rights of, or restrict the use of, this service by anyone else. You're responsible for the content you approve for publishing — including making sure it complies with the policies of the social media platforms you connect, and with any laws or regulations that apply to your business and its advertising or promotional content.

Content ownership

You own the content generated for your business — the drafts, images, and captions created through your account are yours to use, edit, approve, or reject as you see fit. We retain no rights to your business content beyond what's needed to operate the service on your behalf (for example, generating drafts and sending approved posts to your connected accounts).

Referral program

Active subscribers can share a personal referral link to earn monthly bill credits for referrals who become active subscribers. Referral terms, credit amounts, and activation requirements are described on our pricing page and may be updated from time to time.

Service availability

We work to keep Daily Social Engine reliable, but we don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We're not responsible for issues caused by third-party services we depend on (like payment processing or social media platforms) being unavailable, changing their own policies, or restricting access.

Limitation of liability

Daily Social Engine is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Because every post requires your explicit approval before it publishes, you're in control of what actually goes out to your social media accounts — we encourage you to review each draft before approving it.

Ending your account

You can cancel your subscription and close your account at any time from your account settings, or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably believe are being used for unlawful purposes.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time as the product changes. If we make a material change, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use Daily Social Engine after a change means you accept the updated terms.
